With an interdisciplinary approach that brings together physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech and language therapy and medical care, we offer comprehensive, individually matched outpatient neurological rehabilitation in one place — in Graz and Vienna. Our centre brings together specialist therapists and medical partners who contribute their expertise within our shared approach — with an infrastructure built for the particular demands of neurological conditions.

Why we exist
While orthopaedic injuries often heal quickly, neurological conditions such as stroke, Parkinson’s or spinal cord injury are more complex. Research shows, however, that with focused intensive therapy improvement is possible years after the event.
Our mission: to make highly specialised outpatient neurological rehabilitation accessible — to everyone who wants to make progress. With the most modern methods, real expertise and an interdisciplinary team that genuinely works together.

The people behind HOME4MOTION
HOME4MOTION was founded in 2018 by two people with a clear vision: to shape outpatient neurological rehabilitation so that it really works — intensive, interdisciplinary and built around the person.
Florian Zupan
Florian brought the entrepreneurial vision — to create an accessible, effective neurological therapy centre combining the latest technology with individual care.
Martin Weißensteiner
Martin brings the therapeutic expertise. His specialisation in neurological physiotherapy and his focus on evidence-based methods shape the work of the whole team.

From an idea to a neurological therapy centre
The idea came from a vision: to develop an effective and affordable approach to neurological therapy. While orthopaedic injuries are often well provided for, people with neurological conditions frequently lack specialist outpatient care.
HOME4MOTION founded
HOME4MOTION was set up by Florian Zupan and Martin Weissensteiner as a training centre for neurological rehabilitation. The aim: an innovative centre combining modern technology with individual therapy.
Vienna centre opens
Two years after founding, the second centre opened in Vienna — neurological therapy in Vienna at the same high standard as in Graz.
A new focus — the forced use concept
With growing demand, HOME4MOTION was extended by 100 m² in each city — more space for therapy and for the growing team.
Graz & Vienna centres extended
Aufgrund des stetig wachsenden Bedarfs – auch bei Kindern und Jugendlichen – vergrößert sich HOME4MOTION in Graz und Wien um je 100 m². Mehr Raum für Therapie, mehr Möglichkeiten für Ihr Kind.
A complete interdisciplinary centre
HOME4MOTION becomes a complete interdisciplinary neurological therapy centre: speech and language therapy, occupational therapy, physiotherapy and medical care under one roof.
The growth continues
Over 20 therapists, 15 robot-assisted devices, more than 280 courses of intensive therapy — HOME4MOTION Graz & Vienna keeps growing. The goal stays the same: the best possible neurological rehabilitation.
