What is recoveriX and how does the therapy work?
recoveriX is a modern form of neurorehabilitation based on a brain-computer interface (BCI). During therapy, clients deliberately imagine movements — opening the hand, for example, or lifting the foot. The system detects this intention through EEG signals and links it immediately to visual cues and functional electrical stimulation of the muscles. Brain and body are activated at the same time, encouraging new neural connections. The aim is to rebuild lost movement and improve independence in everyday life.
