Outpatient neurological rehabilitation is not an alternative to the rehabilitation clinic but its logical continuation.
Our focus is outpatient neurorehabilitation following a stay in hospital or at a rehabilitation clinic. Using computer- and robot-assisted therapy equipment, we train movements precisely and make progress measurable. Our services are private and available without a referral.

At HOME4MOTION, you continue your neurological rehabilitation as an outpatient in Vienna: you live at home and come to the therapy centre for scheduled sessions. Your therapy is tailored to your goals, either as individual sessions each week or as intensive therapy with daily sessions over 1–3 weeks.

What is the difference between outpatient and inpatient neurological rehabilitation?▾
In inpatient rehabilitation, you stay at a clinic for several weeks. With outpatient neurorehabilitation at HOME4MOTION, you live at home in Vienna and come to the therapy centre for scheduled sessions. This lets you build on the progress you made in the clinic without interruption, for as long as it makes sense for you.
Do I need a referral?▾
No. You can contact us directly and book a free information session. To claim a possible reimbursement from your health insurance, you will usually need a medical prescription.
Does health insurance cover the costs?▾
HOME4MOTION is a private therapy centre. Depending on your insurance provider and the type of therapy, partial reimbursement may be possible. We will discuss what applies in your case during the free information session.

Is the therapy centre accessible?▾
Yes. Our therapy centre at Altmannsdorfer Straße 89 (4th floor, 1120 Vienna) is fully wheelchair accessible. You can reach us by taking the U6 to Tscherttegasse, followed by a walk of about 5 minutes. Public parking is available directly in front of the building.
What happens during the free information session?▾
We talk about your diagnosis, your goals, and which therapies and how much therapy would be right for you. We also go over the process, prices and your health insurance situation. The session is free of charge and non-binding.
Is HOME4MOTION a rehabilitation clinic?▾
No. HOME4MOTION is an outpatient centre for neurological rehabilitation in Vienna and Graz. You don't stay overnight with us; you come in for your therapy sessions. Many patients continue their neurorehabilitation with us after a stay at a rehabilitation clinic.
