Gerlinde Percht

Physiotherapist
“There is no better remedy for illness and pain than strengthening what is healthy.”

About me

For over 25 years I have accompanied people on their way back to mobility and wellbeing — as a physiotherapist and osteopath. My training has taken me to London, Stockholm and Toronto among other places, and includes a master’s degree in osteopathy at Danube University Krems. In my work I combine physiotherapeutic, osteopathic and shockwave methods, depending on what each case calls for. The range I treat is broad: from spinal complaints and joint injuries through rehabilitation after surgery or joint replacement to support during pregnancy, care for older people, dizziness and sports injuries. For many years I have also passed on my knowledge as a lecturer — at FH Joanneum and the Academy of Physiotherapy Graz — and since 2013 I have served as a judge for the “Zukunftspreis” award of Physio Salzburg. My aim has stayed the same throughout: not only to ease symptoms, but to strengthen what is healthy in a person.
